We are sad to announce Darlene L. (Maser) Dixon, 75, of Gainesville where she currently resided with her daughter DeAnn Dixon passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on June 7, 2023.
Darlene was born September 12, 1947 in Lancaster, Pennsylvannia to the late Harold and Francis (Gardner) Maser. She was also preceded in death by her brother, Keith Maser. She loved crossword puzzles and visiting McDonalds with friends in Georgia. Darlene was also and animal lover and enjoyed crocheting.
Survivors include sons and daughters in laws, John and Diane Ames, Patrick and Tammy Ames; daughter, DeAnn Dixon; grandchildren, Robert, Josh, Tiffany A., Sierra, Tiffany B., Noelle, Christina and Mckenzie; great grandchildren, Remington, Orantis and Maliana; brothers Butch Maser and Scott Maser.
Family and friends will hold a private celebration of her life at a later date.
