Jamie Alice Diane Miller Godek, 72, of Jefferson died October 27, 2024.

Jamie Alice Diane Miller Godek, born in Gainesville, Ga. Graduated from Gainesville High School. A loving mother, pet groomer, and manager by profession. 

Preceded in death by her mother Bonnie Dell Adams (Hayes) and Leon Adams , father Arther Conner , Husband Johnny Godek, brother James Garland Wright, Uncle Leonard C. Hayes, Aunt Monteen Forrester , And Grandparents Avie and Author Hayes. 

Survived by her children Cherlyn Lianne Miller Ashe (Micheal Chad Ashe), John Dewey Miller Jr. (Brandi Miller), Bonnie Lynn Adams Roberts (Ronald Oneal Roberts), Cheryl Denise Adams Davis (Tommy Lee Davis) And God daughter Rachel Ashe. Brother and sister Arther Conner (Barbara). Grandchildren Barbara Ann Roberts, Tomesha Denee Adams, Kelly Denise Roberts, Bryan Thomas Alexander, Lauren Miller, Caitlyn Taylor Miller, Christopher Daniel Roberts, Braydon Micheal Ashe. And Great Grands Timaya Smith, Jayla Smith, Unayia Adams, Tahmir Adams. Aunt Pat Chastain (Lee), and special cousins Sonja Atkinson, Lesia Chastain, Susan Howell, Charles Hayes, Rebecca Morgan, Shon Atkinson And a host of other cousins, nieces and nephews. Best Friends Janice Thomas and Janice Phillips.

The family will receive friends from 11 am until time of the service. Memorial services will be held at 1 p.m. Thursday, October 31, 2024 at 11 a.m. at Oakwood First Church.
