Jeffery Himebaugh Obituary

Jeffery Scott Himebaugh, born in Grand Rapids, MI on Dec. 11th. 1966 to Jolinda Himebaugh (Rogers) and William Bittner,  passed away on Feb. 13th 2,026 at the Northeast Georgia Med. Ctr. in Gainesville, GA.

He leaves behind his wife of 37 years, Lisa; his sisters Melissa Lichtenwalter, Lee Locke, Karmel Berens, and his brother Michael Bittner, as well as his foster parents Susie and Richard, who took care of him for a couple of years when he was a teenager; he loved them dearly. Jeff was known by his kindness and his willingness to help others, and had striking blue eyes.

Jeff worked as a Service Technician, repairing, maintaining and servicing different electrical and mechanical equipment, including the ones from the poultry industry, electronics, carpentry, hydraulics and pneumatic logic, and also as a sales person. He also enjoyed cooking!

Like his sisters Lee Ann and Melissa, Jeff was fond of animals and cherished his cat “Pudgy", who loved him immensely, she was always by his side! Jeff was determined, stubborn, always learning, and never lost his sense of humor; even in his last day he made the nurses laugh before he was sedated, and talked to them about his wife. Jeff will always be remembered!
