Loyd E. Dyer

Loyd E. Dyer, 90, of Canton GA and former longtime resident of Gillsville, GA, passed away on Friday, May 23, 2025 following an extended illness. He was born in Blairsville, Ga. to the late Frank and Lola West. Mr. Dyer Owned and operated a Vinyl Siding company in Gainesville for many years

Lloyd is survived by his wife Margaret Kathy Dyer, his daughters Kimberly Rollins, Tammy Osborne, Cheryl Serra, Tina Dyer Brown and his son Jamie Dyer.  He is preceded in death by his first wife Pearline Stroup Dyer and his daughter Donna Joan Dyer.

Visitation will be from 12:00 to 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, May 29, 2025 at Hillside Chapel Funeral Home.  Funeral Service will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, May 29, 2025 in the Funeral Home's Chapel. Rev. Terry Dale will be officiating and burial will follow in the Alto Congregational Holiness Church Cemetery.
