Michael Scott Gay

Michael Scott Gay, 61 of Cleveland, GA passed away on Thursday, October 19, 2023.

Michael Scott Gay was born on June 20, 1962 in Moultrie, GA to Gerald Horace Gay and Elaine Walker Gay. 

Michael, who preferred to be called Scott, passed away on October 19th, 2023. He was proceeded in death by his father, Gerald Gay; his mother, Elaine Gay; his brother, Brian Gay. 

He is survived by his brother: Doug (Becky) Gay; his sons: Corbin Gay; Zachary (Sharon) Gay; his grandson: Waylon Gay; his neices: Whitney Gay; Caroline Suggs; his nephew: Alex Gay; as well as many family members in Moultrie. 

Scott was a welder before he suffered from health issues. He loved to fish. If you ever come over you were sure to see his giant bass hanging on the wall. He enjoyed doing anything outdoors that involved spending time with his family.

Family and friends will have a celebration of life at a later date.
