Rosa Estelle Evans-Smallwood

Rosa Estelle Evans-Smallwood, 65, of Lula, GA, passed away on Tuesday, March 24, 2026. 

Rosa is preceded in death by her parents, Tex and Violet Jones, her husband, James Evans, and two brothers. She is survived by her husband, Stacey Smallwood, her son Scott Evans (Jessi), daughter Lauren Wykle (Brent), Stepsons, Clark Smallwood (Avery) and Cole Smallwood (Sarah), sister, Gail Norrell, her Grandchildren, Jake and Addi Evans, Ariah, Presley and Penelope Smallwood, and Ella Grace and Andi Smallwood.

The family is inviting you to visit with them from 3:00 to 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 11, 2026 at Hillside Chapel Funeral Home.
