Sandra Jean (Harris) Knight

Sandra Jean Knight, age 72 of Gainesville, GA passed away peacefully Wednesday, October 28, 2020.

Sandra was a devoted wife, mother and "Nana". She retired from the Hall County Tax Commissioner‘s office and devoted her time to her family and several nonprofits.

Sandra was preceded in death by her parents Clifford and Annie Lou Harris, and her husband of 31 years, Bobby Gene Knight.

She is survived by her children, Tim and Tonia Knight, Angie and Tony Craft, Kristi and Scott Lance, and Becki Knight; as well as siblings, Marvin and Sharon Harris and Tina and Ronald Welch.?

Her pride and joy were her grandchildren, Ashlyn, Caleb, Ryan, Kennedy, Luke, Cassandra, Brooklyn, Brody, Taylor, Jaden, Jase, Bryli-Kate, Georgia, Brittani, and Devin, with one great granddaughter, Lennox.

Funeral services are scheduled for 2:00 PM Friday, October 30, 2020 at Pond Fork Baptist Church in Pendergrass, GA.

Rev. Scott Lance and Pastor Johnny Knight will officiate.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends at Hillside Chapel Funeral Home in Gainesville, GA from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm Thursday, October 29, 2020.

In lieu of flowers , donations can be made to Foothills Personal Care Home, 148 Glenn Head Rd., Dahlonega, GA 30533 in Sandra’s memory.
