Scott Earl Purchase, 60, of Gainesville Georgia, passed away on Thursday, April 7th, 2022.Scott was born on January 14th, 1962 in Compton, CA. He enjoyed being on the lake, fishing, grilling, and spending time with family and friends. He loved his dogs and listening to Elvis Presley. He loved his country and served 8 years in the United States Air Force as a jet engine mechanic technician. He had a generous heart and lived his life helping others and loving people well.Scott is preceded in death by his Mother, Judy Epling; Step-father, William Epling; Grandmother, Jean Rawson aka “Tye”; and Uncle, Lonnie Purchase.Left to treasure his memory are his wife, Barbara Purchase; sons, Dillon Purchase, and Justin Purchase; daughter-in-law, Rachel Purchase; grandchildren, Alexis Purchase, Winston Purchase, and Ezra Purchase; Father, Jerry Purchase; Step-mother, Marilyn Purchase; sisters, Gina Turner, Jamie George, Brenda Bourne, and Juliann Gibson; Brother, Robert Epling; and many nieces, nephews, and friends.

A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday, April 23, 2022 from 11am – 1pm at Laurel park, Gainesville, GA.
