Victor “Leo” Garcia, Age 16, of Gainesville, GA, passed away on Saturday, August 9, 2025.
If you were lucky enough to know Leo's real heart, you knew someone caring, loyal, brave, and unapologetically himself. Truly, there was no one like him. He always stood up for what he believed in and never hesitated to protect those who needed it. Leo had a unique way of making people feel seen and supported—even when you didn’t know it, he always had your back.
Leo had such a big heart for the people he cared about. He loved his nieces deeply, even getting tattoos of them in secret as a reminder of how much they meant to him.
Leo will be remembered by all who knew him as confident, charismatic, funny, and bright—a force of energy in every room he entered. Though our hearts ache, we find peace knowing he is with his late abuela.
He is survived by his mother, Adriana P. Torres; father, Victor H. Garcia; brother and sisters, Gerardo “Lalo” Reyes, Britney Reyes, and Whitney Reyes; grandparents; and numerous other loving family members and friends who will always carry him in their hearts.
A funeral mass will be held Friday, August 15, 2025 at 1:00 p.m. at St. John Paul II Catholic Mission in Gainesville, GA.
